Jadib left the Doyle farm in 1965 on lease to Jerry Smith of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was then formally acquired by Caballos Sierras Inc, Jerry Smith’s company, in 1969. Jadib sired 25 foals for the Doyle family and others, mostly for Caballos Sierras Inc.
