Barbara Baird found this previously unpublished photo of Gulida, a 1939 chestnut Saqlawiyah Jadraniyah of Ibn Sudan mare (Gulastra x Valida). Her profile page is updated below. On the back of this photo is a single word “Gulida” written in Doc Doyle’s handwriting, according to Terry Doyle. Doc died in 1957 at age 54 so the photo must have been taken and the horse identified as Gulida prior to his death.
