Kaerconan was born while Doyle cousin Barbara Baird was leasing her dam Ghavara. Susan gave Kaerconan to her nephew Lyman Doyle in 1980. Terry Doyle and James Byrnes drove from New York to Iowa in 1980 to pick up Kaerconan and Ghadaffa and bring them back to Terry’s home in New York. Kaerconan then traveled to Oregon in 1991. He died on the Doyle farm in Bend, Oregon sometime in the late 1990s.
